Clinical Strategy and Equipment Planning

MTS Health has worked alongside the Sweett Group (retained by the Trust as Project Managers) for the past 2 years.

Using E QUIP PM we scheduled out of all of the equipment and provided costs and advice to the procurement department, oversaw all the procurements, installations, and commissioning. MTS health completed an asset audit of items suitable to transfer and these were also migrated into the cost and planning programme.
