Medial Equipment Audit

Role – Medical Equipment Audit & 5 Year Equipment replacement plan
Contract Period – November 2016-February 2017

Services – MTS Health worked with the Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust team to undertake a comprehensive audit of all their medical equipment provision. This entailed visiting all rooms within the site and validating all items on their BME register.

MTS used the information gathered to validate the data and create a template for the production of a 5-year Equipment Replacement Plan. This work identified original dates of purchase or installation, cost originally procured, costs to procure currently, life cycles of equipment. MTS provided a full Audit and Equipment Replacement Plan report with a detailed Risk Register and recommendations

Equipment Advisory – Theatres

Role – Equipment Advisors
Contract Period – August 2016 – ongoing

Services – MTS were appointed to undertake the Equipment Advisory for The London Clinic’s exciting Theatres, Atrium and offices redevelopment.

MTS provided the specialist Theatre Integration, Equipment scheduling, budgets, room planning and equipment selection with TLC’s design team lead, Avanti Architects, for the new Theatres, Atrium and other areas.
MTS is providing Room Data Sheet production and amends, equipment selection with the clinicians and equipment technical and financial planning related to equipment, having produced the Bills of Quantity and Equipment Specifications.

MTS has worked closely with the Capital Procurement and Theatre Team at the London Clinic to Provide:
