Role – Equipment Advisory
Contract Period – April 2017 -February 2018
Services – MTS was commissioned to review the Trusts Schedule of Accommodation and create and work with the Trusts clinical users, a set of detailed room by room equipment lists.
MTS created and prepared the room data sheets for the Outpatients Block redevelopment phase 1 and costed all of the equipment to inform the overall business case.
MTS also conducted a brief strategic review of the transferring equipment to prepare the initial equipment budgets.

Medial Equipment Asset Audit

Role – Equipment Audit Advisory
Contract Period – February – May 2017
Services – MTS were appointed by Royal Surrey County Hospital to provide an equipment audit. MTS surveyed over 9000 items of medical equipment to provide the Trust with a comprehensive assessment of equipment assets. The audit also covered the St Luke’s Cancer centre.
Part of the scope also included a review of existing maintenance and associated processes for managing medical equipment. MTS have now been retained to assist the Trust in a transformation project
