MTS was appointed in January 2008 to provide audit and project management to the Trust for their recently signed PFI.
This included a significant amount of construction interface with Bouygues Construction. The Trust was responsible for all equipment procurement including pendants, operating lights, and all major architectural systems.
MTS worked with the Trust to procure all equipment for the new building. The equipment budget was £24m. MTS worked on the logistics planning for all equipment installations and commissioning plans to bring the new hospital building in to operational use.
