Medial Equipment Audit
Role – Medical Equipment Audit & 5 Year Equipment replacement plan
Contract Period – November 2016-February 2017
Services – MTS Health worked with the Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust team to undertake a comprehensive audit of all their medical equipment provision. This entailed visiting all rooms within the site and validating all items on their BME register.

MTS used the information gathered to validate the data and create a template for the production of a 5-year Equipment Replacement Plan. This work identified original dates of purchase or installation, cost originally procured, costs to procure currently, life cycles of equipment. MTS provided a full Audit and Equipment Replacement Plan report with a detailed Risk Register and recommendations
