Services – MTS was commissioned to review the Trusts Schedule of Accommodation and create and work with the Trusts clinical users, a set of detailed room by room equipment lists.
MTS created and prepared the room data sheets for the Outpatients Block redevelopment phase 1 and costed all of the equipment to inform the overall business case.
MTS also conducted a brief strategic review of the transferring equipment to prepare the initial equipment budgets.
