MTS Advises Aecon and Trust on Oriel Project
Role Equipment Advisor – OBC
MTS worked alongside Aecom to develop the type and quantity of equipment based on the Schedule of Accommodation and Drawings; for both the Hospital element and the UCL IoO.
MTS provided costings for all new and worked with the Trust to establish a Business as Usual cost for replacing equipment in readiness for the potential transfer assumptions. The OBC was written up and a full recommendation report going into FBC was presented. This included a walk around assessment of both sites for estimated transfer assumptions.
MTS has worked with the Trust Clinical Engineering; Project Team, Architects and other cost advisors to create the Equipment input into the OBC: Budgets have been given for:
