Continuing in their Market Leading work on Managed Equipment Service (MES) Advisory, MTS has recently completed separate commissions on Radiology and Imaging MES Projects at Great Western NHS Foundation Trust and Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust

MTS were appointed to review the options to deal with major imaging replacement; both the Trusts were keen to explore the procurement options and the feasibility of a Managed Equipment Service. The feasibility was conducted through a series of stakeholder engagements workshops, and the delivery of all options.
