A new addition to the MTS family. MTS is delighted to welcome Annette Turnpenny into the MTS family.

She joins us from Essentia Trading Ltd, the trading arm of Guys and St Thomas’ Hospital NHS Trust.

As a senior member of the team, Annette will lead on our equipment consultancy fo the NHS and Private sector clients.

Annette has recently joined MTS as a Senior Project Manager responsible for a number of our high profile private and NHS procurement and project management roles. She will oversee the development of our NHS Framework and is a key part of the MTS Management Team.

She has over 30 years of progressive UK and international experience in Healthcare as a Senior Manager, Clinician, Programme and Project Manager. Skilled at converting Strategy to delivery by engaging staff, clinical and user stakeholders together with Commissioners, combined with proactive programme management leading to sustainable improvements in care and patient experience.

She has a proven track record overseeing the delivery of national and international healthcare projects, she leads and manages by influencing in order to meet deadlines.

Skilled in planning objectives and implementation of complex projects, she can deploy resources effectively, including leading, mentoring and training teams and is constantly striving to succeed through testing her skills and knowledge, and is always keen to develop.
