MTS Health Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sodexo. MTS has been providing Independent Equipment Services to the NHS and private sector within the UK and internationally for over 25 years. We deliver Healthcare Equipment Advisory, Service and Maintenance, Procurement Management, Clinical Technology Management and Project Management for all medical and non-medical equipment assets.
Our mission is to continually improve the services we provide to our customers, and we aim to exceed their expectations.
We will do this by ensuring we have a Quality Management System that complies with the ISO 9001:2015 standard. This will include a commitment to our customers’ requirements, we will learn from customer feedback as well as abiding by legal and regulatory requirements.
Only by providing an outstanding service that we are proud of; will we achieve our quality objectives and have sustained improvements to our service.
Our staff will be responsible for the quality of their work, and we will provide the necessary training to achieve the standards required.
The policy, organisation and procedures necessary to achieve the required standards are described in our Quality Management System Policy Manual.
The company Senior Management Team will meet regularly to discuss the systems implementation, its status and its effectiveness.
Our company strategy will correlate to our quality objectives which will be measurable to ensure we meet them.
