MTS worked with the Royal Marsden Trust to undertake the procurement strategy, implementation and commissioning for their state-of-the-art cancer centre, “Oak Cancer Centre”.

MTS is prepared the detailed 1:50 room lists and costings and completing user input and sign off. MTS were appointed for the procurement phase. All previous work was undertaken by the Trust direct.
MTS was responsible for liaising with suppliers, tendering procurement, budget control and managing Removals and Logistics.
MTS also mobilised their specialist Logistics Team for the staff and IT moves.
