MTS previously provided costings for all new equipment and worked with the Trust to establish a Business as Usual cost for replacing equipment in readiness for the potential transfer assumptions. The OBC was written up and a full recommendation report for FBC was prepared. This included a walk around assessment of both sites for estimated transfer assumptions. MTS has worked with the Trust Clinical Engineering; Project Team, Architects and closely with UCL and other cost advisors to create the Equipment input.
