MTS is an intrinsic part of many communities across the UK. We recruit and engage locally in support of creating more vibrant communities. We recognise there is economic disparity across our communities and are fully committed to supporting the ‘levelling-up’ agenda. Our pledges help individuals and businesses to overcome social and cultural challenges through skills development, social mobility and job creation. Our employees are enabled to support local fundraising and volunteering activity.
